> Final Sale: All custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

> Returns/ Exchanges: For all other items, you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition .

> Shipping costs : customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs, including any duties or customs fees.

RTS (ready- to- ship) & Sale items:

Packaged and shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date. Shipping within Canada Usually takes about 4 business days, but please note that any delays after drop-off are out of our hands.

Made- To - Order Pieces:

> If fabric is in stock, please allow 1-2 weeks for production

> If the fabric needs to be ordered in, production will take approximately 3-4 weeks.
